Libby Maman

Libby Maman is a consultant, researcher, and lecturer in the field of government and regulation. She is a doctoral candidate at the School of Public Policy at the Hebrew University and a researcher at the Barcelona Institute for International Studies (IBEI). Her doctoral research focuses on trust relationships between the public, regulators, and regulated entities, with an emphasis on democratic aspects in regulatory behavior (particularly transparency, public participation, accountability, and representativeness). She has extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative research and specializes in developing metrics, surveys, experimental surveys, and comparative research. Libi has a deep understanding of the public sector, having served as a consultant to the Director General of the Ministry of Culture and Sports and as a graduate of the “Tzo’arim LeSherut HaMedina” program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Communication and a master’s degree in Public Policy, both from the Hebrew University.
