An attorney-at-law, she holds a Bachelor’s degree (LL.B.) and a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Law from Tel Aviv University, both with distinction, and a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Theatre Arts from Tel Aviv University. She has held various legal and managerial positions in both the private and public sectors, including serving as the director of the Broadcasting Regulation Department at the Ministry of Communications and as the legal advisor to the Cable and Satellite Broadcasting Council. She is a member of the Second Authority for Television and Radio, chair of the Television Committee, and chair of the Committee for the Appointment of Directors for news companies at the Second Authority. She has served on various public committees, including the Public Committee for Examining the Regulation of Commercial Broadcasting and the Public Committee for Examining Israel Post and Postal Bank. She lectures on regulation and communication in various academic institutions.
