The Citizens' Empowerment Center in Israel (CECI), founded in 2003, is an apolitical, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to diagnose systemic failures in the government system and initiate methods of “follow-up” to monitor progress toward social and political changes through research and education.
CECI aims to improve the implementation process of public decisions and empower citizens by promoting political awareness and encouraging civic involvement. The ultimate goal is ensure all citizens benefit from a well-functioning, effective and stable government.
