In March 2009, an article was published in Orange County Jewish Life Magazine, quoting Professor Menachem Magidor, President of Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Professor Magidor spoke at a press conference held at the CECI office in Los Angeles. The article describes CECI’s activities in response to the need to change Israel’s current electoral system.
