EMPOWERMENT
Empowerment is a process of civil change that occurs at the personal and community level, Through it, people as individuals and in groups via for their right to decide, act, and impact the issues that effect their lives and surrounding. Empowerment is a requisite to the development of a genuine and effective democracy.

VISION & OBJECTIVES
CECI’s Vision:
CECI’S vision is to support the building of a society in Israel that is actually aware of its civic and sovereign duties, conscious of its democratic rights and obligations, cognizant of the power of the “vote”, and capable of impacting priorities and policies at the national, regional and community level.

CECI’s Objectives:
CECI’s Strategy is to implement educational initiatives that will empower the Israeli public, and transform the citizens into proactive participants in their complex, multi-cultural, politically fragmented society.
CECI will seek means to strengthen the communication and link between voters and their representatives and promote a culture of accountability toward constituents.
CECI will suggest alternatives to improve the current electoral system and the structure of the government and examine the implications of the different options presented through seminars and conferences.
